All appointments are booked through Fresha or via Instagram DMs. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients must follow the cancellation policy displayed during booking on Fresha.

  • Late cancellations may result in a fee.
  • Missed appointments may incur a no-show fee.

3. Payments

Payments may be collected through Fresha or in person. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Refunds

All services are final sale. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. Products may be eligible for return only if unopened and within policy guidelines.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are providing accurate medical and personal information.
  • You are following pre- and post-care instructions.
  • You are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
