Where are you located?
The Aesthetics Vault is a private, home-based studio conveniently located 2 mins off the 417 (Pineview area)
Is parking available?
Yes! Free parking!
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. As this is a private studio, there is no waiting room available.
What happens if I arrive early?
If you arrive earlier than 5 minutes, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle until your appointment time.
What happens if I’m late?
If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the start time may be considered a no-show.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or no-shows may result in a fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your total.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked through Fresha or can contact Kayla directly. If you’re unsure which service to book, feel free to book a consultation W/ treatment, and we will discuss treatment options together.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All services are appointment only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are e-transfer, debit, credit, cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
Can I bring a guest?
For privacy, safety, and comfort, guests are not permitted unless previously approved.
